    Pin to taskbar

    Hi, have a look at the solution suggested here:
    Can't pin certain desktop shortcuts to taskbar

    Normally you should be able to simply drag a shortcut to the taskbar and it will be pinned.

    Also see this: enable and disable pinning: (Option 2 for Home)

    Not able to pin anything to my taskbar

    I am not able to pin anything to my taskbar. I can pin to my desktop, just not the taskbar. I took my new Acer Aspire E15 to my local computer shop and their tech guy couldn't figure it out either. Any suggestions?

    Need 'Pin To Taskbar' Option ...

    This has been discussed before... Pin Any File To Taskbar in Windows 10

    To pin any file to Taskbar (but Windows doesn't allow it), you have to:
    -rename the file (say into file.exe)
    -make a shortcut, and pin it to Taskbar
    -open shortcut properties, and in "Target" rename the file back to what it was i.e. file.bat
    -rename the original file back to file.bat (before you click apply in previous step)
