Windows 10: Taskbar preview flickering, not able to click

So, I just reinstalled windows due to a bad proc. Everything is completely fine with the sole exception that I cant see the taskbar preview windows for more than a split second.Yes, they are enabled, yes peek is enabled. I can see them for a split second when i hover my mouse over them, then they disappear. I can wiggle the mouse over the icon and they will flicker into existence wildly, long enough to see but not enough to click. If I am loading something heavy, the previes stay heavy while the computer is processing.My only thought is that some process or overlay is stealing the mouse attent

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted/ incompatible/ outdated display drivers after the latest update, try the below and check if it helps.
