Windows 10: Taskbar Refreshing Infrequently Normal?

Hi all,I've done a chkdsk c/r, a clean install of windows, a memory check and hardware check before posting this.Sometimes my taskbar randomly refreshes, my laptop does slow down or lag during this time so can I assume this is normal if it doesn't happen all the time?

Please describe the symptoms of your problem. The term 'refresh' is normally only used when talking about the contents / apparent contents of folders so I do not know what you mean when you use it to comment on the taskbar.

On one of my computers, a maker's built-in facility minimises all open windows if I swipe down on the touchpad. If you had not mentioned the taskbar but just the minimising I would have suggested checking Touchpad & mouse settings.

Wasnt the video driver issue or i dont know , i just instaled an older version of windows 10 , thank u for trying

 

Taskbar Refreshing

I've been having a weird issue. Randomly, my taskbar will refresh. Not the icons on the desktop, just the taskbar. Usually when I'm accessing harddrives. None in particular tho. I've updated the graphics cards, so I've ruled out that idea. The computer is a custom build, so no bloatware installed. From what I gather, this just began about two months ago, and I have done a clean install since then. I've checked the reliability history and don't seen anything that would cause concern as far as explorer crashing. Kinda clueless on this one. Any suggestions?
