Windows 10: Taskbar right-click does not show cascade windows option

Dell laptop. I cannot cascade application windows after some update that was recently run. I've spent the last hour reading forums and trying to troubleshoot. As best I can tell I need to set / enable cascade windows. But when I try to follow the steps of "right-click on taskbar" and select the cascade option, I don't have the cascade option on my taskbar. I get completely different options. See image. How do I get the "cascade" option back on the taskbar?

Would like Cascade Windows etc. on Combined taskbar buttons

Currently can right click in the taskbar outside of any application taskbar buttons, and select "Cascade windows", ("Show windows stacked", "Show windows side by side")

When application taskbar buttons are Grouped, would like to see a right-click option on each of the application buttons for "Cascade..., Show windows stacked..., Show windows side by side" that would expand just the list of open windows for that particular
application.

Lost windows cascade icons and tiles

In Windows 10, Windows Cascade icon is no longer available in the taskbar due to the Task View feature found beside the Search or Cortana icon. As a workaround, here's how you can cascade windows in Windows 10:

• Right-click on the taskbar.
• Select Cascade windows.

To undo the cascade:

• Right-click on the taskbar.
• Select Undo Cascade all windows.
