Windows 10: Taskbar shifts to left and touch keyboard gets rid of action center

This happens very randomly and my icons on my taskbar shift to the left and are condensed and the action center and time goes away and is replaced by the touch keyboard on my taskbar. I can get rid of it by restarting my computer but t always randomly will revert back to this. Is there any kind of permanent fix for this?My taskbar at the moment

Adding the touch keyboard on the items in Action Center is currently not available in Windows 10. However, you can change the settings to automatically show the touch keyboard when you use the device in tablet mode. If you'd like to do this, you can
follow these steps:

• Click on Start.
• Open Settings.
• Select Devices.
• Go to Typing.
• Under Touch keyboard settings, switch on Automatically show the touch keyboard in windowed apps when there’s no keyboard attached to your device.

Add the Touch Keyboard Icon to the Action Center

Is there a way to add the Touch Keyboard Icon to the Action Center? I have read most of the posts and replies for this question but have not yet seen the answer.

I am using a Remote Desktop session on my laptop in tablet mode, Once in the RDP session, I loose the taskbar. I can resize the screen to get to my taskbar, I then can select the Touch Keyboard. and then Maximize the RDP session but this a cumbersome option.
What would be ideal is to have the keyboard option in the Action Center. That way I can swipe open the action center and activate the keyboard at anytime.

Is there a registry entry or a tool that can be installed to add the Touch Keyboard icon to the Action Center?

 

Action Center Taskbar Icon not Showing App Icons

• Press Windows key + I key and click on
  Personalization option.
• Click on Taskbar option in the left pane.
