Windows 10: Taskbar shows up as black

My laptop's taskbar is a blank black rectangle. Hovering over the area where the apps should have been and clicking doesn't do anything. Clicking on where the search should be results in a black screen. The only thing that happened before this was that I had chosen the "Update and shut down" button when I last shut down my laptop. I use Windows 11. I have already tried updating the driver for the display on my laptop Intel Iris Xe Graphics. I can't take a screenshot of the problem because that doesn't work.

The possible colors of taskbar are in majority quite dark and text in taskbar is black in Windows 10
