Windows 10: Taskbar? Standard programs? Anything? Windows 11 is really not giving me any hopes for the...

I tend to leave my computer on 24/7, it's a habit I have had for years. MANY years. A couple of days ago, as it sometimes does, it rebooted during the night for an update, and logged me straight back in, so it would be ready for me in the morning, as it has done multiple times even though I have a pin-code to log in, it reopens my browser and any standard apps I had open as they were. Quite convenient. This time, however, it did so without a taskbar.Ok, hardly a problem, I thought, so, reboot. Still no taskbar, and a very very long login time. Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

There is really no program which can organize windows on the taskbar?!

There might be one but I don't know of it. This is sort of interesting. Clicking the button produces a list of open windows/ Cairo Desktop Shell Rename? No Re-order? No? Save/ Remember? No

 

Please give steps to open the paths to Program Files
