Windows 10: Taskbar/Start Button Unclickable even after Fresh Windows Install

Discus and support Taskbar/Start Button Unclickable even after Fresh Windows Install in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; So my taskbar became unusable along with the start menus and most things besides desktop icons became unclickable.     Taskbar/Start Button Unclickable even after Fresh Windows Install


    So my taskbar became unusable along with the start menus and most things besides desktop icons became unclickable. So I did all of the Powershell fixes , restarted windows explorer etc. Finally I decided to reformat and do a fresh windows install. 3 Times! I even did the extended more secure reformat. Only to find out the task bar is the same!? What is going on l!?

    Why the ''Start, taskbar...'s'' button is unclickable (TASKBAR COLOR)

    Good morning,

    I have been looking online to find the way to personalize my Surface 3 (colors, background, etc.).

    The only problem is when I get to to change the color of my taskbar. The lists of steps that I need to follow bring me to Settings - Personalization - Colors and finally to ''Show accent color on the following surface'' where normally I would need to click
    on ''Start, taskbar, action center'', but turn out the button does'nt work...

    Why the Start, taskbar...'s button is grey and unclickable ?

    Why I am not able to change the color of my taskbar Taskbar/Start Button Unclickable even after Fresh Windows Install :(

    Taskbar is unclickable

    My taskbar is unclickable ....... each icon I pressed is unresponsive including "WIFI, Battery, start button"etc .please help me it's not solving ........

    Taskbar is unclickable

    My taskbar is unclickable, thats it.

    Trying to select chat will redirect me back to the ashey support thing... Also applications will not start up on boot....
