Windows 10: Taskbar switches screens on startup, wake from sleep, etc.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit with two displays: screen one on the right and screen two on the left. I normally have my taskbar and a couple of icons on the left screen, but every time I start the computer or it wakes from sleep, the taskbar and all my icons on screen two have moved to screen one, even when the taskbar is locked. Unlocking the taskbar and moving it back to screen two will put all the icons back where they were initially, but it's a bit of a nuisance to have to do that every time I sit down. Anyone else run into this problem, or have any suggested solutions?

Wakeup from sleep still uncontrollable (Windows 10, 64-bit)

When I switched to Windows 10, 64-bit over a year ago, I've had several problems with internal DVD drive, USB connectivity, startup menu, Cortana, etc. Almost all these problems have been resolved with no intervention of any kind from my side--automatic
updates did the whole job.

However, the problem of self wake up from sleep doesn't seem to be on the update list by far. I've tried several times the control panel settings related to wake-up timers, but no luck. When in sleep mode, my PC wakes up daily at the exact same time. However,
it doesn't wake up when shut down.

Any clue?

 

Sleep mode does not work after Creators Update (1709)

I am also experiencing problems with sleep mode. Dell Inspiron will not wake with mouse or keyboard. Pushing sleep button several times with crazy lines, colors, etc. displayed on screen will eventually result in computer waking. How do I fix this?

 

Well I made a similar post today but seeing as this post is 8 months old with no replies at all I guess nobody has a solution for this. It's mind boggling that something so basic is going unaddressed in W10 for so long.
