Windows 10: taskhostw.exe

Should I allow taskhostw.exe to make changes on my computer? I get frequent messages that the system has blocked this program from making changes.

taskhostw error can't get on line can't get past it won't leave screen

I have to kill error code 0x6f0b3d67 taskhostw error stuck on screen first. It is locking up all the processes you can't even shut it down from desktop. can't restart can't remove programs can't do **** with it. I think it's from cannon printer I deleted
a couple weeks ago. But I can't get into taskhostw to find out.
