Windows 10: taskkill.exe and razer

    I'm trying to open the Razer Synapse app, but when i do, it just closes after 2 seconds. It keeps trying to re-open its self, but sometimes when it does, a administrative permission screen pops up telling me that "terminates proccess" is trying to close razer, which directory goes to taskkill.exe. Sometimes when i log into my pc, theres like 50 of them open and i have to close them all. Can i delete this? if not how do i stop this from happening because i cant open Razer.

  3. Razer Taipan mouse pointer moving erratically after Windows 10 update

    I'm using the Razer Taipan mouse. The mouse pointer has been moving erratically since the last Windows 10 update a few days.

    Yesterday I called Razer support. They had me uninstall the software and also delete the mouse from the list of hardware in the control panel. Then I restarted my computer and reinstalled the software. That worked for all of yesterday. This morning the mouse
    pointer is moving erratically again.

    I've followed the procedure from yesterday of uninstalling the software, removing the mouse from the list of hardware in the control panel, restarting the computer and reinstalling the software. This time it has not solved the problem.

    Any suggestions?

    Razer Blackshark Microphone Not Detected on Realtek

    Thank you for letting us know.

    Please try running the troubleshooter on this
    page
    and see if it will find any issues as well.

    If the troubleshooters do not resolve the problem, let's uninstall Realtek High Definition Audio Driver from your computer to see if the computer will install the Razer Blackshark driver upon reboot. You can follow the steps below:

    • Unplug your headset.
    • Click on Start.
    • Type Programs and Features then press Enter.
    • Select Realtek High Definition Audio Driver.
    • Click Uninstall/Change.
    • Restart the computer.
    The Realtek driver shall be reinstalled after restarting the computer. Plug the headset and see if the the Razer Blackshark driver will finally be recognized.
