Windows 10: Taskmgr.exe - Entry point not found

I got this error when i tried to open task manager i even did a virus scan but it didn't i didn't had any viruses

Well, DISM is not running (just a black window for a split second, and then nothing) and the In-place upgrade did not work either (tried it with a USB flash drive): I got the same error window: D:\setup.exe the parameter is incorrect *Sad.
I also tried to copy the exe files for taskmgr, regedit and DISM from another computer, but I still get that error. Either something was erased from my Win10 (by a malicious attack), or some running process is preventing Windows from running .exe files (which I cannot stop, since taskmgr would not run). Thanks for your suggestions, but so far I can do none of the things you suggested.

Entry Point not found

Hi all,

I recently downloaded a game from the internet, and I am having some issues. Firstly, it said it was missing the binkw32.dll . I downloaded that .dll followed the instructions on the website for where to place it. Having placed it there, I am now getting
the error message "The procedure entry point _BinkCopyToBufferRect@44 could not be located in the dynamic link library (it then lists the path to the place where the .exe for the file I am trying to run is located).

I have looked around for some options, but I was hoping that there was a way this could be fixed without going into the command prompt.
