Windows 10: taskmgr.exe virus o no?

Cuando abro el administrador me apetece taskmgr.exe durante un segundo, es normal o no y si no lo es, que hago?Busque en Google y me aparece como una tarea y como un virus, me pueden confirmar cual de los dos es verdad.Gracias

taskmgr, regedit and other functions not running: error: the parameter

Well, DISM is not running (just a black window for a split second, and then nothing) and the In-place upgrade did not work either (tried it with a USB flash drive): I got the same error window: D:\setup.exe the parameter is incorrect *Sad.
I also tried to copy the exe files for taskmgr, regedit and DISM from another computer, but I still get that error. Either something was erased from my Win10 (by a malicious attack), or some running process is preventing Windows from running .exe files (which I cannot stop, since taskmgr would not run). Thanks for your suggestions, but so far I can do none of the things you suggested.

It is possible that you .exe is not working due to corrupted system files or account. To assist you better, kindly answer the following questions:

• Does this happen with a specific application or with all of your application?
• Have you tried creating a new admin account to check if the issue also with new account or only with the current account?

You can taskkill /f /im (Name of file of virus in Taskmgr).exe Though, your computer is still trashed anyways until you can recover the partition table and master boot record.
