Windows 10: tastiera microosoft sculpt comfort mal funzionamento.

windows 11versione 2023-12 e aggiornamento driver surface system 1-0-104.0 non riconosce correttamente una microsoft sculpt comfort keyboard acquistata in questi giorni e installata ieri. Fin da subito ha dato problemi: non riconosce i tasti del paddle numerico ma solamente le opzioni per il movimento del cursore e delle pagine più tutta una serie di errori che qui diventerebbe lungo elencare. Sono andato a vedere come viene riconosciuta dal sistema e mi viene risposto Wireless keyboard filter device. Ho seguito tutti i vostri consigli nelle pagine di help ma il risultato non cambia. Un g

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted/ outdated drivers, try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to uninstall the mouse drivers.

• Right click on Windows key,
  select Device Manager.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Mice and other pointing devices.
• Right click on each of the drivers and click on
  Uninstall.

Step 2: Manually install the mouse drivers from the link below.
