    Hi, I contacted Microsoft support for an audio issue. As part of troubleshooting, they unpaired my Taotronics Bluetooth soundbar from my windows 11 computer.The soundbar no longer pairs with my computer. The soundbar is operative as it pairs with my phone. It is currently unpaired from the phone. Microsoft made some changes to my Bluetooth and updated Bluetooth drivers. Windows was reloaded. I can pair other devices. Any suggestions to get my soundbar to pair with my computer again?

    Laptop no longer connects to soundbar.

    Just out of the blue after a Windows 10 update my laptop no longer connects to my soundbar. My printer was also disabled at the same time however I was able to correct that issue through troubleshooting. When troubleshooting the soundbar problem it tells
    me that the device is not plugged in, this is incorrect as it still performs perfectly with my tv and iPhone. I was aware of printer problems as the result of an update(s) however not with other devices. Can anyone shed some light on this problem? FYI, when
    going to settings my soundbar shows as being paired but will not connect when clicking the connect button. Again, this occurred literally overnight. Any and all input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    I have a Polk bluetooth tv soundbar I can't get it to pair

    I added a Polk Bluetooth soundbar to my computer. I was able to add the soundbar as a device but I can't get it to pair due to a driver problem can you help?

    Hello Bill,

    I will need additional information to properly address your concern about pairing your Bluetooth speaker to your Windows 7 PC.

    • Which specific model of Polk Bluetooth soundbar are you using?
    • Are you getting any error messages?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

    In the meantime, I recommend running the troubleshooter for hardware and devices. This tool will scan your PC for any device driver issues found and fix them for you. You need to be signed in as administrator in order to run the tool. You can get it from
