    Hello,I'm usually a calm and collected professional, but at this point I'm close to losing it.I'm trying to purchase a Single Incident Business hours Support from Microsoft services hub. However, when it comes to payment, I receive the message "Tax Calculation was unsuccessful". therefore, I cannot proceed with the purchase.I have created two fresh Microsoft accounts and tried two different cards. Both cards have enough funds on them, but each time I receive the same message. I have tried this on three separate days as well.I've rang the support phone number for the UK, however, my issue is

    We are having the exact same issue - no ability to pay for a Single Support Incident in the UK. Keeps saying Tax Calculation was unsuccessful. Please try again later

    Hi Greg,

    I'm having this same issue. I am trying to purchase a Single incident (24x7 support) ticket and no matter what I do, the purcahse will not go through. I continually get this message:

    Tax calculation was unsuccessful, Please try again later.

    I have been trying for the past 12 hours. Please help.
