    I am the purchasing agent for the United States Marshals Service, Department of Justice in Philadelphia, PA 19103; I ordered 3 black arc mouses and only received 2 but the problem remains that we do not pay taxes on any items; I was charged $140.38 when it should have been for only 2 arc mouses black $127.98 which means that your company owes us a refund of $12.40. We are tax exemption due to being the Federal Government. I sent over to Nina Angelica Quiala and Kia J. numerous emails and a letterhead of our agency telling you that we are tax exempt and the form in which I use for companies tha

    I recently purchased windows 10 and I got to know that my institution is eligible for tax exempt, so I took a look at how to get tax exempt and found out that I need service request number.

    How do I get the number?
