Discus and support TCP 6 and UDP 17 in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; I want to change these settings for zoom from the firewall. but when I go to change them I am not able to.     if your behind a router, you may need to allow the correct udp/tcp ports in order to connect.
    do this in your routers admin panel *Smile TCP 6 and UDP 17 :)

    TCP 1723 is not listening.
