Windows 10: Team Viewer Version 13 won' t run on Windows 10

Hi there,i really need to run the Team Viewer 13 not the newer Version on my Windows 10.Before someone writes that the V13 from Team Viewer is not compatible with Windows 10 this is what the Team Viewer Support insits on and they stopped the conversation, i have to say that 2 colleagues of mine have the exact same windows with the exact same updates and they installed and run Team Viewer 13 with no problem.I am wondering if this has to do with my computer components? Which does not make sense.So at the beginning i could not even install Team Viewer 13. With the Version 15 i had no problem.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.

  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.

Microphone connection with Dragon 13 and Windows 10

Hi Michael,

One of the possible cause to this issue is compatibility conflict. Some user reports that the latest version of Dragon 13 doesn't require Compatibility mode in order to run correctly. We suggest turning off Compatibility mode by following the steps below:

• Locate Dragon 13 shortcut and right click it.
• Select Properties from the list.
• Click on Compatibility tab and locate Run this program in compatibility mode for and uncheck it.
• Click OK to save the changes and try running the application again.
