Windows 10: Teaming NICS ?

How do you assign matrix as without it only one will be used and its also no good unless the nic has a cpu which can handle the traffic instead of the pc or the bottle neck will be the pc. Using basic broadband on gigabyte nic one should have no problems at Barclays we ran servers with 15000 users on one nic

i want to team 3 NICS for my home computer....

i know how to do the teaming... however i forget, how do i know which ip addresses i want to assign to each of my nics...

Do i

1) Login into home router
2) Check a specific page for range for ip addresses that are available....
3) Then pick 3 ip addresses and assign to each nic individually...which i know how to do...
4) Presumably in ipconfig for my computer i can see the subnet mask address and dns addresses.
5) Which i use when setting up 3 NICS with there own IP's

Am i on the right track ?

Dual NIC teaming support

In my windows 7 pro 64-bit sp1 , dual nic teaming was supported by the drivers and working great. My question is since Windows 10 will more than likely not have driver support for older hardware will this feature be supported by the new Windows 10 included
drivers.

Currently using onboard Marvell Yukon 88E8506 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controllers using Driver ver. 11.11.1.3

Thank you for being a part of Windows 10 Technical Preview testing.

As Windows 10 is still under development stage all the drivers for the hardware might not work as expected. You have to contact your hardware venter to check if there are any driver updates. As a work around, I would suggest you to try installing the drivers
in compatibility mode.

Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows

Welcome to the forum. Its not clear what you are asking are you using 3 cards all on the same network or different networks? You have to enter subnet and dns if setting static IP.
What is the point to this what are you trying to do?

 

Basically all on same network the NICS are in one machine..

I want to have 3 IP's assigned to my PC, so i get maximum throughput (speed).


Instead on 1 nic doing all the work sending packets up and down, i want 3 to do the work combined.

1) You get faster response times
2) And you can have many web applications opened, all recieving traffic without waiting for 1 nic to assign and delay traffic on 1 pipe.

Ive done it before and i know it improves performace regarding your PC and traffic greatly...
