Windows 10: tech help mouse/keyboard

just reinstalled windows and now my mouse and keyboard are not working at all they don't show up in device manger the keyboard works fine before windows starts up then just stops when windows initializes Ive tried manually installing drivers restarting the console changing what ports there connected to checking if they work on a different computer they do and still cant seem to get my computer to recognize them they did work perfectly fine on the computer before the reset.

Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard in Windows 10

• Pres Windows+X key on your keyboard.
• Select Device Manager.
