Windows 10: Tech issue - cant turn on computer after blackour

So, for past hour or so I've been struck trying to tryping turn on my pcSo outline eventsMy home suffers a power outage, at the time my computer was running a modded XCOMA couple minutes later, powers on againSo went to try turn on computer, but when I did it said I got an issueTurns out Ive been stuck in a blue screen loop, so I try to pursue troubleshooting optionsBut when I did, all needed a password, so entered computers pin, doesn't workI entered in my Microsoft, gmail, and other passwords I've used, nothingAll advanced troubleshooting oprions cant be accesed inculding cleaning the slateO

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
