Windows 10: Technical Issue

Hello Techies,


I'm trying to install an application but, it popped up a screen which says ''do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?'' however, there isn't any option to click on yes, its only no. It also says to continue, enter an admin user name and password but again not given any field to enter the details. same thing happens when I try to uninstall an app and also when I tried to reset the computer.


kindly help with this.

We appreciate your response and efforts in trying to perform the suggested troubleshooting steps provided. To further isolate the issue, kindly answer the following:

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to this issue?
• Are you getting any error messages when trying to launch Settings on your PC?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
