Windows 10: TechUtilities Failure

Discus and support TechUtilities Failure in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I am running Windows 10 and I have just purchased and installed TechUtilities as was recommended by to repair a major error on my PC error 429, Too...     TechUtilities Failure


    I am running Windows 10 and I have just purchased and installed TechUtilities as was recommended by to repair a major error on my PC error 429, Too Many Requests. The Program will scan and report errors, but after 4 attempts to scan and fix the errors that it discovers, fixing the errors has failed on each attempt at approximately 1/3 of the way though this process. Please advise ASAP
