Windows 10: Tecknet 5 in 1 button software

Discus and support Tecknet 5 in 1 button software in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; i dont know how to remove it as i cannot find it and it is affecting my gameplay greatly as i cannot use my side mouse buttons, so how can i fix it?...     In order to get clarity on this issue and assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

    1. How did you install the software on your old Alienware computer?
    2. Have you already installed the software and not finding the option to change keybinds?
    3. What is the file extension of the downloaded file or is it a compressed file?
    4. Are you using V1.0 or V2.0 Tecknet Hypertrak Gaming Mouse?

    To find the file extension, open the downloaded location of the driver > Click on
    View in File Explorer > Check box the option
    File name extension and let us know the extension of the file that you are trying to open and seeing the script.

    If you have downloaded the software on your old Alienware and still have that setup file, you can copy that file on a flash drive and paste that on your current computer and install the software.

    Mouse buttons 4 and 5 not working in games after the Creators update

    Having this issue as well. Mouse buttons 4 and 5 aren't working on two separate mice (Redragon and a Tecknet) in League of Legends; I can't verify with other software, but the game stopped taking input from those buttons after the update. I just want to
    confirm it is a software issue and not an issue with the mice.

    How to disable "5 seconds power button shut off" on a laptop?

    I does not suggest you to do this, if you insist on this, try the following steps.

    1. Open Control Panel
    2. Find and click System and Security
    3. Find and click Power Options
    4. On the left hand, you will see Choose what the power button does and click it
    5. Click Change settings that are currently unavailable to be able to change the settings
    6. In When I press the power button, you can choose Do nothing
