Windows 10: Tekla Structure

I use Tekla structure 3d modeling software for my work. Recently I have bought a new laptop, it is Asus gl553vd but the above software doesn’t work properly on my new device. I upgraded my Graphic cards both Intel 630 and Invidia 1050 to the latest version. But it takes too long to open and the performance is so low that I cannot work.

Are you facing the performance issue with all programs or only with Tekla Structure?

We see that the software is compatible with Windows 8.1, so we would suggest you to follow methods mentioned below and check.

Method 1: Update Windows.

Please refer to
Update Windows 10 and try updating Windows.

Method 2: Compatibility Mode.

If the issue still persists, try uninstalling the program and re-install in compatibility mode.

Actually, I have same problem with autocad 2014 or 2019 too. About Tekla I have say my colleagues install it on windows 10 without any problem. Also I update my Windows to latest releases. I ran Tekla with compatibily 8.1 but the problem still appear.

long time to open it and when software opened the performance is to low. If I run software by Invidia mousn sign put trace on screen when I move it until I click and when I run software with Intel graphic it work too slow. For example, when I click to create
column after about 1 or 2 second it appear. Please help me to solve this problem.
