Windows 10: Tela azul - windows 11 - Hypervisor error e DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

Olá, estou com um problema recorrente tem cerca de 1 ano, meu computador dá tela azul 3 a 4 vezes por dia, sem motivo aparente, quando vou olhar a mensagem de erro, ela muda, as duas mensagens mais recorrentes são: Hypervisor_Error ou DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL what failed: rtu30x64w8.sysComo posso solucionar? Eu queria evitar formatar o PC, mas se for necessário, farei isso.

Tela Azul no Ideapad 3i Gaming com GTX 1650 - Resumo Simplificado

Problema: Tela azul durante jogos que exigem placa de vídeo (GTA V, Fortnite, Fallout 4, LoL, CS2).

O que foi feito:

• Reinstalação de drivers de vídeo;
  
• Formatação do computador e instalação do Windows 11 (teste);
  
• Reinstalação do Windows 10.
  

Observações:

• A placa de vídeo é desativada após a tela azul.
  
• Reiniciar o PC ativa a placa de vídeo novamente.
  

Configuração do PC:

• Ideapad 3i Gaming;
  
• Placa de vídeo GTX 1650;
  
• 16 GB de RAM;
  
• Processador Core i7 10ª geração.
  

Informações Adicionais:

• O problema persiste mesmo após formatação e reinstalação do Windows.
  

 

HYPERVISOR ERROR, DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, DRIVER OVERRRAN STACK BUFFER

For quite some time now, when I usually leave my computer idle or when I step away for a moment and turn off the monitors, I often come back to find a BSoD with a HYPERVISOR ERROR. Recently, after restarting the computer following a HYPERVISOR ERROR, I also get a DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL BSoD, and today, after two consecutive restarts following the aforementioned errors, I also encountered a DRIVER OVERRAN STACK BUFFER ISSUE BSoD. After numerous attempts to fix the HYPERVISOR ERROR BSoD, nothing has worked to eliminate it, and I have no idea what could be causing the problem.
