Windows 10: Telephone Activation Windows 11

I have a retail version of Windows 11 that I wish to switch to another machine. Unfortunately, this wont activate online for some reason.How do I activate this by Phone? All the options seem to have been disabled?

The option for license activation of Windows 10/11 by telephone (offline) is available? If yes, then how to do this for single or volume license?

telephone-based activation does not work on Windows 7

Erik, the problem is NOT the telephone activation system. I used it just 2 days ago with no problem and a successful activation.

I suggest you call back. This time do not reply to anything until a human comes on the line. Explain your situation to that person.
