Televideo Changes Sound Settings via Browser?

Three times in the last few months when I was forced to do a TeleDoc visit using my health care provider's 3rd party teleconferencing software I noticed that it changed my Windows 10 sound setting from the correct Optical Digital Audio S/PDIF to the incorrect "USB Audio Codex". Consequently, I couldn't hear anything until I changed the sound setting back to Optical. The 3rd time the user interface had changed significantly and for the better except that the sound setting had not only changed to USB Audio Codex, but it was stuck at that setting--so the Doc called me on the phone so I could to

    Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue Televideo Changes Sound Settings via Browser? :p

  3. Unable to set default browser

    • Does this issue happens while you try to set other browser as default too or is it specific to specific browser?

    Any browser.

Already did the steps you suggested. It's some kind of bug where it's impossible to set a default browser at all.

I heard elsewhere from one other user
that it seems to be a problem with upgrading to 10 on the SP3. Sounds very specifc.
