Windows 10: Telling windows never to change dispay configuration

I am using multi monitor setup, where I am using 2 monitors and tv hooked up to Desktop PC and Laptop. One monitor is connected to to both laptop and desktop. Other one and TV are connected only to desktop. They all have different resolutions and scaling 1080p, 1440p, 4K. I am regularly switching between setups. Sometimes I am displaying picture from the laptop on the monitor, sometimes from the desktop. I am turning off TV to prevent burn in as well.


My problem is that whenever I change what is display on what screen or when I turn off TV, every application is moved around and scaling is totally messed up.


Is there a way to force windows to send video output in particular manual setup and never to update it automatically. Even when nothing is hooked up to HDMI/DP cable.

But I do not have Intel graphics. I am using NVIDIA one.
