Windows 10: Telugu Phonetic keyboard not supporting on windows 11

Hi, I brought a laptop recently. I am unable to use Telugu phonetic keyboard on my windows 11 laptop, and also, I see the text 'your windows license only support one display language. I don't want to change the display language from English to Telugu, but I want to use Telugu keyboard for MS Office, Notepad and other typing related works. When I select Telugu Phonetic from the task bar its showing 'Telugu IME is not ready yet. I need to use Telugu keyboard as part of my job so please help, it saves my time and job. If my laptop specification doesn't support such keyboard, is there any alternat

Problem with installing Telugu Phonetic keyboard

Hello,

How to set up and use Indic Phonetic keyboards I followed the instructions given in this link.

• I was not able to install the phonetic key board from add key board in "Language settings"
• and so I ran the below command following the command in command prompt successfully.
  
  • DISM /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:Language.Basic~~~te-IN~0.0.1.0

However I dont see the phonetic keyboard enabled. Can you pls check and comment?
