Windows 10: temp account issue lock

Hello so randomly not quite sure if it was due to an update or something but my pc has locked me out of my main account and force me on a temp account I have already tried messing with the registry editor that didn’t do anything I also tried booting up in safe mode and running a sfc /scan now that didn’t do anything either that last attempt I’m trying to do is do a system restore point thing but I’m having issues as whenever I tried logging in it says that the password is incorrect I even made a new account with admin abilities took a photo of the password and everything and yet it still says

Locked Out of User Profile AND System Keeps Creating Temp User Profiles - I Have 10 Temp Files Now!

Yesterday, I was trying to share a folder with another user and inadvertently did something incorrect to my own user profile. As a result, I am now locked out of my user profile, I cannot find ANY of my files/folders (they are all showing empty). Every time I log in I get the message "We can't sign into your account" and each time a TEMP Account is created I am now up to 10 Temp profiles.

I have searched online for 2 days trying to find help I have tried these multiple times:

• Safe Mode
  
• Created a Test Account Profile (still no access files/folders) - shows "empty" on C:
  
• Removed BitDefender Anti-Virus
  
• Disabled Microsoft Defender Anti-Virus
  
• Tried whoamI CMD found SID
  
• Registry Fix - multiple times; This is where I am stumped.
  
  • I can only access from temp profile - which one is valid?
    
  • should I delete the temp profiles? If so which ones?
    
  • I tried to delete one and it seemed quite large (15,000 files - but nothing I can open)
    

I have no idea where to go from here - I've watched videos and followed several suggestions but none of them addressed both issues with being locked out of user profile AND multiple TEMP users being created.

I desperately need to recover my user profile -more than anything I need ALL my files! Please HELP!

I am a Systems Engineer (entry-Level) and I am having this issue. I have followed all the steps that were listed, even created a new user account. This is for a customer. When I followed the steps, before creating a new user, i kept changing the path to point to the correct place. The second time, and following, I ended up getting the 2 SID's, one with the .bak. Followed the steps to delete the regular one and rename the .bak. restarted and still signs in as a temp profile. So I ended up cfreating a new user and still get the same Temp profile issue. Could you suggest something? Thanks.

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
