Windows 10: temperature not correct

How come these two aren't the same?

I followed these steps exactly and the only thing showing in my task bar is a sun icon but not temperatures are being displayed.

Hi Jason,

In order for us to assist you on how to display the temperature application on your taskbar. Kindly follow these steps:

• Click the Windows or the Start icon.
• Look for the weather application under tiles.
• Right click it then select More.
• Choose Pin to taskbar.

CoreTemp calculates the maximum temperature as the TJMax showing there.

"Just above the temperature listing, Core Temp lists a value labeled "Tj. Max," with no explanation. I found this part confusing at first, but once I Googled it, I discovered it stands for "junction temperature max," which is electronics-speak for the highest
temperature the CPU is rated for (90° C / 194° F in my case). You can use this value to see at a glance how hot the processor really is, relative to its maximum. But just because your processor is 10 degrees under the maximum doesn't mean you're safe. The
Core Temp FAQ states that the temperature should be kept around 20° C/68° F or lower below its Tj. Max. value while under full load."

Do you think that's a better tutorial than the Windows Club I had previously linked which gave you a bum steer on the Download? I will replace it if you think so.
