Hi, my problem is the same as the one posted here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/temporary-files-not-available-to-delete-taking-up/c9d8bb7f-e40f-4a8c-a546-81ab82e0e2f9I didn't manage to free up the disk space by following the instructions proposed by A. User moderator. As you can see the Temporary files take a huge amount of the available disk space.I don't know if it matters but I have a windows linux subsystem installed.Thank you in advance.

    Issue with temporary files

    Hi Junaid,

I unhide the files as per the article "Show hidden files" but it does not help to see what takes up to 29GB in my temporary files (settings/system/storage/temporary files).

The other two methods you mentioned have already been tried without success.

    Regards,

    Guy

Temporary Files Not Available to Delete Taking Up Huge Amount of Disk Space After Reboot

You can safely perform the above steps multiple times because cache files, temporary files are constantly generated during system usage and the above cleanup methods are for system temporary files, update cache and app download cache, which won't affect your personal data, so you can safely perform them multiple times.

Then below are the reference steps you can learn about freeing up disk space. Hope that helps!
