Windows 10: Temporary Network setup to use VPN's for meeting

I wondered if anyone could offer a better way. Or at confirm that this arrangement will work as we have it.
For a one-time meeting off site, we need to connect about 25-30 people to the internet with enough access to run their VPN's connected back to the main office for access to various documents.

The amount of bandwidth available is from a fiber feed showing about 25 down /25 up Mbps connected to a dedicated Netgear Nighthawk Gigabit router providing both a 2.4 and 5 Ghz WiFi signal. Everyone will be in a single room no more than 50-60 ft from the router.

Some people are concerned that this arrangement might not provide enough access to support that individual laptops many with each of them running a VPN back to the office for minor file access. The files are all small with nothing larger than 3-4 page documents.

I checked with a few local Motels to see what they use to provide WiFi for all their guests. The worst case i found worked using only a 20 down / 5 up supply feeding the WiFi for the whole Motel. Based on that and other info I read: I dont think we will have any problems .

To appease the few naysayers, I agreed to post this question to see if anyone could tell me that they had done this successfully with anything similar to this arrangement.
