Windows 10: Temporay files taking 10G cant delete

i cant download any updates or anything idk what the problem is. I cant even reset my computer. I know i can reset it from startup but not from setting but if i do that wont i lose windows 10. Please help i need this for school.

How to make 10G eth primary?

A couple of possibilities ...

If these are PCI cards then changing the slots over may do what you want, as the scan of the slots is directional so a swap may help there may also be a bios switch to change priorities even if the 1Gb is onboard which will usually take priority

There is usually a set of parameters that can be set in the properties of the actual network card/chip these vary a lot dependant on the device but it may be that there is an option to limit the flow of data to inwards only.
There may also be an option on the 10G to switch on WOL functionality, which is a standard for enterprise level devices

The only other suggestion I have is to use a Firewall to allow outgoing flow on the 10G and incoming only on the 1G, but this would end up giving an asynchronous setup

Can not delete temporary files Windows 10 . Settings > System > Storage > This PC > temporary files delete not working.
