Windows 10: Teredo Adapters is not installed

I'm having problems with "Teredo is unable to qualify". Checked the solutions from https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-on-windows/social/troubleshoot-party-chat . But they didn't work. When I tried to enable Teredo in cmd with (netsh interface Teredo set state type=default) it didn't work, and Teredo stayed disabled. I noticed that Teredo doesn't appear in the Network Adapters list, maybe it has something to do that I'm using a Lenovo laptop... Any ideas how to install it? Tried to installing it through Device Manager's "Add legecy hardware" option but it didn't work.

Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter not Found

Hi,

It started off from teredo unable to qualify for Xbox connection.

Then, I tried following tons of suggestions through showing hidden drivers in Device manager, changing DisabledComponents value to 0.

However, I still cannot find Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter.

I tried to install it by adding legacy hardware with all ways, but there was no Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter in the list of the Microsoft Network Adapter .

 

Teredo Adapter Not Installable

Ok, so I haven't played Forza Horizon 3 online on my pc in a while, and I tried earlier today. I couldn't connect, so I checked the Xbox app, and sure enough, Teredo isn's connected. But when I go into my device manager, it isn't listed in the list.

Here's the kicker. If I go to "install legacy drivers" in the device manager, it does not show the teredo adapter to install. It's not even in there as an option. There's only 5 microsoft network adapters, none are teredo. Every forum I can find, noone else
has this issue.

I've tried the command prompt fixes, trying to make it pop up, and it never does. However, it still says "ok" when I set the teredo state. If I show state, All i get is that it's disconnected. Still using the default address.

I've tried setting the "disabled" registry key to 0, but each time I restart, it defaults to "8e".

I'm not sure what that means.

I've tried a handful of other things, mostly to try and get teredo to pop up, including using powershell to uninstall xbox and reinstall it, and later on the entire windows store. I still come back to the same results. I cannot install the teredo adapter.
It is not an option.

Any help?
