Windows 10: Teredo is unable to quailify no matter what I do?

So recently I have been trying to play forza horizon 4 on my PC because peformance and everything seems better on here. I am on W10. I have looked it up and skimmed the main thing I found was Teredo issues. In my Xbox Networking settings It says Teredo is unable to quailify. I have tried multiple commands etc from a few different forums and still have not found an answer, any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

I understand that you are unable to join or host an Xbox Live multiplayer game. If you are getting an error message saying
Teredo is unable to qualify, then your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address. Failure to obtain a Teredo IP address can occur when there’s an issue with your Teredo adapter, when a device on your network is
blocking the Teredo protocol, or if there’s software installed on your PC that’s disabling Teredo functionality.

I suggest you to try few troubleshooting steps to fix this issue, Refer the following article for troubleshooting steps to fix error,
Teredo is unable to qualify.

Disclaimer: The registry is a database in Windows that contains important information about system hardware, installed programs and settings, and profiles of each of the user accounts
on the computer. Windows often reads and updates the information in the registry.Normally, software programs make registry changes automatically. You should not make unnecessary changes to the registry. Changing registry files
incorrectly can cause Windows to stop working or make Windows report the wrong information.

Teredo unable to qualify

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Failure to obtain a Teredo IP address can occur when there’s an issue with your Teredo adapter, when a device on your network is blocking the Teredo protocol, or if there’s software installed on your PC that’s disabling
Teredo functionality. If you haven’t tried the methods listed in the following articles yet, I would suggest you to try them first and see if it works:

• Teredo is unable to qualify
  
• Xbox app server connectivity on Windows 10 is blocked
  
  

Note:

Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry
if a problem occurs. To backup and restore registry key, refer to this
link.

If the issue persists, I would suggest you to
uninstall and re-install the Xbox app to see if you can get it to work.

• Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose Windows PowerShell (Admin).
• Copy and paste the following command and hit Enter:
  
  Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxApp | Remove-AppxPackage
• Reboot the computer once the command is executed.
• Once the machine restarts, launch Microsoft Store and reinstall the Xbox app.

After reinstalling the Xbox app, open Windows PowerShell (Admin)
again and copy paste the following command to enable Teredo.

netsh interface Teredo set state type=default

My NAT type says "Teredo is unable to qualify"
