Windows 10: Terrible delay with JBL Tune 750 btnc on win11 while playing youtube videos

HelloI have terrible delay on with JBL Tune 750 btnc on win11 while playing youtube videos. I have an asus rog zehyrus g 16 from 2024I do not have any issue with my other laptop from 2018....I tried every option i could find online but nothing worked. All my pilots are up to date.thanks if anyone can help me...

Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
