Windows 10: Test Mode don't want to work on windows 10 on my laptop

Discus and support Test Mode don't want to work on windows 10 on my laptop in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; Im trying to put in test mode my laptop.     Im trying to put in test mode my laptop. But nothing works, neither bcdedit option in cmd or the steps from UIEE

    I also tryed safe mode, it still didn`t work on it. and Glucofacts Deluxe STILL does not work, so... you say that you don`t know how it started working on win 10 for you?
