Windows 10: Tetheing & remote ndis based internet sharing device in Games

When I try to join any server in any game, I cannot connect, I have this problem from the beginning, I have already tried resetting the phone to factory settings, resetting Windows to factory settings, I called the operator to see if he is blocking something, I have already written to the game's technical support, nothing. It didn't fix the problem, I looked for such a problem on the Internet but I don't see anyone having such a problem or it was mentioned, the only thing I found wasevice USB\VID_22D9&PID_276A&MI_00\6&2b360d2b&0&0000 was configured.Driver Name: wceisvista

Windows 10 Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device not connected

The same error code still appears in Device Manager. I've tried disabling it and re enabling it but that didn't make any difference. Before the Remote NDIS internet sharing device was working perfectly. I wanted to reset my computer and reinstall windows
and now the Remote NDIS internet sharing device isn't detected anymore. I have never touched or move any connections and i'm not sure where to find this Remote NDIS internet sharing device connection.

My USB Tethering doesn't work ever since I re-installed Windows 10.

I've been trying to fix this problem but every guide showed me to update the drivers for the Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device.I do not
