Windows 10: Tethering

I am trying to tether my windows phone (Lumia 650) with windows 10 to my laptop (HP pavilion g6) with windows 10.

The windows questions website and others say go to internet sharing on settings on the phone to start, but it's not there!

Any ideas on what is missing/ wrong?

Is there a guide to follow?

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Command Prompt and then right-click
  Command Prompt in the list.
• Select Run as Administrator, and then select Yes.
• At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:
  • Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
  • Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
  • Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
  • Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
  • Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter

I followed ur steps. But nothing changed in my laptop and still i cant do USB tethering in my lap. plz suggest me some other ways to rectify my problem.
