Windows 10: text alignment problem

I am having a problem with text alignment in more than one internet explorer. Text appears from left to right, even when I write in Arabic.I tried using ctrl+shift. It only works for word and in google search box, not in other sites, like chatgpt, claud. The Arabic text appears as LTR and ctrl+shift is not working.

Text aligned right instead of left in Messaging and People app

Hi,

One possible cause why your messaging and Peoples app text is aligned to the right instead of left due to corrupted system files. To assist you better, we'd like to gather more information:

• Does this happen with People app only or with other apps also?

Text Alignment in Notepad

I accidentally hit some combination of keys that changed text alignment in Notepad from left-aligned to right-aligned. I can't figure out what I did, nor how to change it back quickly. I've tried every combination of CTRL, ALT, FN, and Windows keys, plus
L (I think I originally tapped some combinatino of these, plus R, to mess it up). One thread suggested CTRL+left shift key, but that does not work for me. It only affects this one Notepad window; other Notepad windows and text boxes are unaffected. Also, saving
the document, closing the Notepad window, and opening the file again
does fix it, but I'm hoping for an easier fix that doesn't require saving what might be only temporary notes. Any tricks?
