Windows 10: Text disappearing when conditional format applied?

Just set up conditional formatting to change colour on a cell depending on input of a different cell. This happens but where there is data in the original cell it disappears? Can anyone help me on how I stop this happening please

Excel 365 - Conditional Formatting - disappearing Text / Lines.

Just purchased office 365. Had 2007/2013 previous and no problems with the following;

Conditional formatting - for turning text on / off and or lines on/off - based on conditions.

If I scroll the mouse / display up or down or open and close a column or choose a drop down;

the areas on the excel application; where there is conditional formatting - flickers on and off.

The areas where there is visible text - disappear when scrolling / and when I choose one of my drop downs

(which is NOT associated with the formulas controlling the conditional format ; the text appears again.

But scroll again, and all the text disappears .. any one have this problem?

Tried it all. Same problem.

Did the office 365 download on (3) separate computers, all (3) problems.

windows 10 - still problems with disappearing text / conditional formatting.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

If you select the first revised ship date cell and select Conditional Formatting - Highlight Rules - Greater than and then click the corresponding estimated shipping date cell, that should set the conditional formatting for that cell.

Then to apply that rule to all other cells in that column, select that cell, then click 'Format Painter' and click the cell below that cell and drag down to fill the column with the same conditional formatting rule.
