Windows 10: Text display problem

Hello, Since a few weeks, I have a problem with the display of the text under the shortcuts. The problem is present on the desktop, on "This PC" and in "Quick access". I have tried to restore the default font settings but it has no effect. I also tried the commands: sfc/scannow and Dism/Online/Cleanup-Image/RestoreHealth But nothing works.Note that this bug does not appear all the time. There are times when everything is normal, and I just have to restart the PC for the bug to appear. You can find two screenshots linked below. I couldn't insert them directly, sorry. Text not Displaying properly in application

Driver and/or display problem (AMD)

Try this:

• Right click on a blank area of your desktop and select "Display Properties"

• Select "Advanced Display Settings"

• Select "Display Adapter Properties"

• Click on "List all Modes"

• Select the preferred display mode. Something with at least 60Hz.

• Then select your setting you want

• See if the option came back

 

Blurry text on HD display

Try the following methods and check if it helps:

Method 1:

I suggest you to follow the below steps to run the
Cleartype text.

• Type cleartype text in the search bar and click on the
  Adjust Cleartype text.
• Check mark on the Turn on Cleartype.
• Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions.

If the issue persists then follow the below method.

Method 2:

I would suggest you to manually update the Display Adapter driver from the
Device Manager.
