    Have had a problem for a while that I'm having problems searching a fix for. Windows 11. When i open the start menu and type a .txt file name and hit enter, it always opens behind every open window. It does not matter if the open windows are fullscreen, fullscreen windowed, or windowed. If i open start and open notepad.exe, it opens on top of everything, as expected. The opening behind happens to whatever is open. Games, videos, images, even other txt files.I thought i remembered having this issue 2 or so years ago, on windows 10. If i remember correctly, i fixed it with a regedit and changing

    What App to use to open a .mht file?

    I downloaded the MHTViewer from the Windows Store but it won't open my Windows Steps Recorder files.

    I would appreciate very much another suggestion that can view a .mht file that has pictures mixed with text.

    Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?
