Windows 10: Text from video cds

    2008 cd-rom

    I have an old instructional cd-rom that I want tot play on windows 10. The text will load just fine but the video examples will not. What can I do to get the text and video to play? It played flawlessly on Windows XP.

    How do I burn a video CD/DVD with Windows 10?

    I have an MP4 file from a gopro. I want to burn a video CD.

    Windows Media player burns only the audio part of it.

    I can copy the MP4 to the cd, but want to have a video CD that I can place in a computer and it will play.

    I'm looking for app to extract the titles of the video tracks along with the audio of the videos and placed on the audio cd tracks i will make.
