Windows 10: Text has suddenly shrunk across some apps

Everything has been fine since I've started using my PC with my TV, but all of s sudden today the text size decreased across most of my apps. I switched my input from my PC to watch the TV, but my keyboard was next to me and it's quite possible some combination of keys were pressed by mistake to cause this.

As you can see in the below screenshot, not all the text is affected-

The text on the left is fine but everything else has shrunk. I'm also seeing that program icons have changed and are much smaller when I right click in a file in file explorer.

Anyone have any idea what has changed?

The size of the apps in the display settings is at 300% (which it has been since I started using the tv as a monitor).

Microsoft Outlook font shrunk in reply mode - how do I fix it and stop it from reoccuring

Hello. The text size in the reply mode of Outlook has suddenly shrunk. Just the reply area, not the rest of Outlook. And there is no visible way for me to restore the text size. No options for adjusting text size. Just - shrunken text.

1) How do I restore the text size to standard?

2) How do I keep the text from shrinking in the future?

I followed the suggested answer from WilliamDZ. It shows me how to change what others will see when I send the reply. It does not change what happened to my display when writing replies (the text has shrunk). The text has not shrunk when reading emails that
I am not writing replies for. Just when I click and write my reply.

 

Text In Programs Randomly Shrunk?

Hello,

I have a quick problem. I'm using Window's 10, and something randomly happened today. The
TEXT, and ONLY the TEXT on some programs shrunk. This happens on Google Chrome, iTunes, and some others, however, not in Firefox. I noticed this when I went to go type a domain into the address bar. I then
tried the search bar on iTunes, and that was also small. Firefox on the other hand, is normal, and it's being weird. The text on screen actually doesn't change. So if I go to Google, then it's fine on-page. It's just the address-bar area that has shrunk. I've
concluded it's not just one specific program settings.

Text and icons shrunk to unreadable dots in File Explorer


Suddenly everything in Files Explorer has shrunk almost to tiny dots. The text cannot be read, even if magnified, the icons are just about distinguishable. There is nothing in Settings or Control Panel of relevance.

What can I do? Is there a way to replace the Windows Explorer file itself, assuming it is has corrupted? I have one Restore Point I could also try if needed.
