Windows 10: Text input lag / queueing?

I have a brand new HP all in one model 24-cr0337c running Windows 11 23H2 that is having problems with text input on both a barcode reader and the keyboard, but I believe them to be symptoms of the same issue.With the barcode reader, which acts just like a keyboard, scanning a barcode results in only some of the numbers appearing in notepad until more input is given, such as the scroll wheel, moving the mouse, tapping a key on the keyboard, etc. Oddly enough, LibreOffice is the only application I've found that doesn't experience this issue - both google chrome and notepad do.For the keyboard,

Nokia E5 Predictive Text Input Lag / Delay / Slow

Hi,



Is anyone else experiencing and / or becoming annoyed at a typing lag that occurs when the E5 predictive text input is operational? It is extremely frustrating. I used to own the Nokia E71 and this was smooth as anything whether using predictive text or
not.



In case you are wondering:

• Yes, I keep my firmware up to date. I upgraded to the most recent (043.115) yesterday from 042.007 and still no improvement.
• Yes, i have tried reducing the log to one day and even turning the log off
• No, i have not installed any new themes to slow the phone down
• Yes, I have tried the phone with and without SD card but always have a lag
• Finally, I have played about with input options - settings. 'Word auto-completion', 'number matches' and 'text correction mode' changes lead to no improvement. Adjusting 'text correction level' in order to turn correction OFF does help (removing the lag)
  but this defies the point as the whole idea is that i want predictive text on

I would be really grateful for any tips on how this might be resolved or to hear whether anyone has the E5 but does not experience any input lag when predictive text is activated.

x1900xtx input lag

Ok I have the same issues with the input lag when using ati tool and the dynamic fan control. I only use ati tool for this feature so my question is this: does the latest version address this issue and if not, can I control the fan speed a different way that wont cause the stupid input lag? The x1900xtx get HOT and I like ati tool, but it is hard to play css when you have input lag for 3-4 seconds every 2 minutes. Please help me ASAP. Does .26 version fix this or what are some suggestions that might eliminate the input lag but still be able to use this great tool? Thanks! Does anyone know if ati tray tool works better in this department?
