Windows 10: Text Not Saving and I have done a troubleshoot

Discus and support Text Not Saving and I have done a troubleshoot in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I cannot get the text words to save to a picture in 3D paint.     Text Not Saving and I have done a troubleshoot


    I cannot get the text words to save to a picture in 3D paint. I chose the option to add the 2 D text to the photo.

    Windows 10 infinite restart black screen


    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    TroubleShoot

    Troubleshoot, made mostly for the Event Logger.. To easily find errors, warnings and etc.

    View/Delete/Save Event Logs*
    View/Start/Stop Services
    View/Stop Process

    * Saves logs in a simple text format, for viewing later or sharing into forums!

    Net Framework 3.5 is required

    If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

    • Please report back and let us know the outcome, as it will dictate the next steps.
    • Also: please tell us what AV/AM/firewall programs are you running on this system?
